My experience to this video is about treating people with respect and trusting the people you work around with get along good because when you treat them right they'll want to work even better with you. my experience does aligan with what i saw .i like to treat others with respect and let them have equal opportunity and let them join me.

The quote that ray bradbury used for his book title from macbeth was Something Wicked this Way Comes and yes i would like to read a littlle more about this book i do think this realates te era now because ''Macbeth is relieved and feels secure because he knows that all men are born of women and forests cannot move'' like trump feels that he powerful because president and because he makes the choices that will happen , when he says forest cant move if feel like its like trump because he know just because he putting tall borderers with wire and has soilders that throw gas he know that immigrants will not be able to move .
